What exactly is Done For You?
Agro or non-agro — which am I?
Farm and food-based products are agro at ₹20 Lakh. Manufactured and branded products are non-agro at ₹30 Lakh, because buyer cycles run longer.
Is my product right for export?
We assess demand, price gap, compliance and target countries on a paid strategy call before you sign. If exports won't work, we say so.
Who is this not for?
Anyone without a finished product or reliable supplier, without capital for samples and stock, or expecting confirmed orders within the first few weeks.
Whose name do the exports happen under?
Do I need an IEC before starting?
If you hold one, we begin immediately. If not, your IEC, AD code and export registrations are set up before your first shipment.
Will buyers deal with you or with me?
With your company. Your brand is on the product, catalogue and documents. Our team runs the conversations and paperwork behind it, on your behalf.
Why don't you name your clients?
Because they pay us not to. Exports run under their name with our team invisible behind them. Your engagement is treated exactly the same way.
What do I have to do?

Market and product selection, export pricing, buyer research, outreach, samples, negotiation, contracts, compliance, documents, freight, customs and payment follow-up — every task beyond your gate.
What do we decide together?
Target markets, export pricing, sample approvals, buyer terms and production timelines. Nothing is quoted, committed or shipped to a buyer without your written approval.
What happens if I can't deliver on time?
Tell us early and we renegotiate with the buyer. Silence loses the buyer permanently. Repeat orders depend on delivery dates far more than price.
What happens in the first three months?
How do you find buyers?
Targeted outreach to importers, distributors and wholesalers in markets chosen on import volumes, landed prices and duty advantages. Our team qualifies every interested buyer.
What happens once a buyer confirms?
Contract, inspection and certificates → production brief to your factory → freight, customs and shipping documents → payment received from your buyer.
How much of my time will this take?
A weekly review call, sample approvals and production confirmations. Buyer follow-ups, paperwork and compliance sit with our team, not on your desk.
Why does it cost ₹20–30 Lakh?
How do I pay, and when?
Sign agreement → 50% paid → first export order confirmed → 30% paid → export turnover reaches ₹50 Lakh → 20% paid.
Why are the milestones set that way?
Performance, not dates. Two of the three payments fall due only after we deliver. If we don't perform, those milestones simply don't arise.
What is not included in the fee?
Your product, packaging, samples, testing and certification, plus freight and insurance per shipment. Each is quoted and shared with you in advance.
What growth do you commit to?
Is the 10× on turnover or profit?
Export turnover, not profit. Margins follow your costing and pricing decisions, which stay with you. We commit to the volume of business we build.
Do you guarantee specific orders?
No honest partner promises a named buyer on day one. We commit to a written target, monthly reporting and full visibility in your dashboard.
How will I track progress?
Every lead, sample, quotation and shipment sits in a shared dashboard you can open anytime, plus a monthly performance report and review call.
What if a buyer does not pay?
What if the target is hit early?
The term still runs its full 24 months. The remaining time goes into new markets and larger buyers, at no additional fee.
Whose business is this after 24 months?
Yours, throughout. Every buyer relationship, record and system continues untouched — with us on a renewed engagement, or with your own team.
Can I continue beyond 24 months?
Yes, and most engagements renew. Terms are agreed near the end of the term, and nothing you have built resets or transfers away.
